That’s why we decided to start farming and taking control of our own produce, for our restaurant of course and for our guests.
Jelle, chef and now also farmer runs the agriturismo and Eva being medical specialist works in Lugano at the hospital.
In 2014 we got the chance to buy this small and half abandoned farm, we took our chances, some risks also, and started to renovate. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, in fact it took us 5 years to buy and renovate the place. But as we know slow can also be good, ideas can ripen more it’s just like slow food.
In 2019 we opened the agriturismo with 3 apartments and in spring 2020 we also officially open the restaurant.
