We are influenced by the beautiful mountains, forests and lakes surrounding us.
So expect the use of a lot of products from the territory like locally made cheese and diary products, a diversity of nuts, fish from the lakes and off course our own pig meat and eggs. We are also keen on the use of a lot of herbs and mushrooms to be found on the surrounding mountains and and forests.
